Welcome to Schnelle Farms, where five generations of faith, family, and farming come together to raise premium meats with integrity. Since 1856, our family has proudly cared for the rolling pastures of Northeast Missouri, believing that responsible stewardship of the land and compassionate animal care are the foundation of exceptional food.
Today, that tradition continues as we raise premium Black Angus beef and pasture-raised Yorkshire Cross pork, providing families across the country with wholesome, flavorful meats they can feel confident serving around their dinner table.

Raised Right from the Ground Up
At Schnelle Farms, every animal is naturally raised on open Missouri pastures, where fresh air, nutritious forage, and attentive care allow them to thrive.
Our Black Angus cattle are available as either 100% grass-fed and grass-finished or grain-finished, allowing your family to choose the flavor profile that best fits your table. Every animal is raised with patience, respect, and a commitment to quality that has guided our family for generations.
Our premium Yorkshire Cross pork is pasture-raised with the same philosophy of responsible animal care and careful stewardship. Known for its exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor, it's another way we're proud to provide premium meats raised with integrity.
Our livestock are never given antibiotics, never receive added growth hormones, and are never fed genetically modified feed ingredients (GMOs). These are standards we believe in because they're the same standards we'd expect for our own family.
