Refund policy

Unfortunately, life doesn’t always work out the way we plan. If there is something wrong with your order, please give us a chance, we want to make it right.

We have a 100% guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with the resolution.

There is a 14-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund/replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, you must take time stamped photos of your item(s) in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@hedgerowranch.com. Please explain the situation, why you are requesting a refund and attach the pictures of your items(s).

We will contact you once we’ve received your notification, had an opportunity to review your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Replacements
If we have made an error, and you did not receive what you ordered, we will send you the correct item(s). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at info@hedgerowranch.com. Please explain the situation, why you are requesting a replacement and attach the pictures of your items(s).

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food). Please do not attempt to return perishable items. We will not accept them. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
